We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a line leader.
Function
As a line leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the production line and ensuring its smooth operation. This is a key leadership role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- supervise and coordinate production line activities, ensuring efficient task execution according to guidelines
- monitor production process, making necessary adjustments to maintain productivity and quality standards
- train and mentor production operators, providing guidance and support for effective task performance
- conduct regular inspections to identify issues and implement corrective actions
- collaborate with other departments to address production-related issues and ensure smooth operations
- maintain accurate production records for reporting purposes

Requirements
- CV
- previous experience in a leadership role within a production or manufacturing environment
- strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
- knowledge of production processes and quality control principles
- problem-solving mindset and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- proficiency in relevant computer software and systems
- understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting
- driving licence cat.b
