How can we be of assistance?

If you have not received this message, something may have gone wrong. We aim to respond to your application within 2 working days. Please note that emails may be seen as spam. Don’t forget to check your spam folder.

We pay weekly on Wednesdays. Any corrections to payment will be made on Thursdays after 3:00 p.m.

In case of sickness, you must report sick personally to both the temporary employment agency and the client on the first day of absence, as soon as possible, but no later than 8:30 am. The temporary employment agency can be reached by telephone on weekdays from 5:00 to 8:30 am and on Saturdays from 5:15 to 8:30 am at telephone number: 0174 – 270 365. In the case of  shift or night work you must report your illness at least 2 hours before the start of the work schedule. For all other matters, we are available from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Sick reports by email, WhatsApp or SMS will not be processed. You have access to your temporary employment contract, wage tax declaration, payslips and annual statements via Plan4Flex.

If you work with us , you collect days off. If you want to take day off, discuss this with the client first. If they agree, you can request your days off through the Plan4Flex app. Holiday/day off must be requested no later than Friday of the previous week. Longer vacations must be requested at least 2 weeks in advance.

Yes, as an employee of Duijndam Works, you are entitled to vacation pay of 8.33% of your actual wages, in addition to accruing vacation days. Do you want to know how much of these reservations you have built up? You can find this at the bottom of your payslip in the Plan4Flex app.

Yes, as an employee of Duijndam Works, you are entitled to the Plus-Pension of Stipp from day one. In the Plus scheme, you build up more pension than in the Basic scheme, and in addition to married couples and registered partners, cohabitants are also entitled to partner pension. In addition, you will continue to build up pension in the Plus scheme (subject to conditions) if you become incapacitated for work during your employment.

First and foremost, it’s important to be yourself. However, the following tips may help you prepare for an intake interview:

  • Research the company;
  • Read the job description again;
  • Prepare your own story well;
  • Discover what you are good at;
  • Choose your clothing;
  • Also come up with questions to ask.

In the app, you can select “forgot password” under “my documents”. By entering your username (a number code that you received in the email), the password will be reset. If you have lost both your username and password for your Plan4Flex account, you can send an email to info@duijndamuitzendgroep.nl. We will then send you new login details by email. Note: The request must be send from an email that is associated with the account.
