Function
For our client in Waddinxveen, we are looking for people to work as a production line manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
- supervising and coordinating activities on the production line, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and in accordance with established guidelines
- placing orders
- monitoring the production process and making necessary adjustments to maintain appropriate levels of efficiency and quality standards
- regular monitoring of work, introducing necessary corrective actions
- working with other departments, such as quality control, to resolve any production-related issues and ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- experience in personnel management in the manufacturing industry
- good knowledge of English
- stress resistance
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective management and motivation of the team
- own transport to work

- salary – €13.27 gross/hour after few weeks €13.99 gross/h
