What will you be responsible for?
For one of our clients in Noordwijkerhout, we are looking for people willing to work in the production of flower bulbs. In this role, you will be responsible for key tasks that ensure the highest quality of products. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Quality control and sorting – You will be responsible for quality control of flower bulbs. This task includes checking that the bulbs are free from damage, disease and other defects and removing excess rhizomes from the bulbs. Your role has a direct impact on the quality of the final product that reaches customers.
- Packing – Your main responsibility will be to carefully and precisely pack a specific number of flower bulbs (usually 6 or 15 pieces) into specific packages. You will strictly follow packaging guidelines to ensure that each product is properly protected during transit.
Your care and accuracy will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and your company’s reputation for delivering the highest quality products.

- from those using company accommodation – willingness to commute to work by bike (up to 10 km)

Our client is a renowned company with over 125 years of experience in the export of flower bulbs and perennials. Their wide range of products includes, among others: tulip bulbs in various variants, amaryllis, crocuses, irises and hyacinths. They carefully select and package their bulbs, ensuring availability all year round, while focusing on sustainable development. Their wide customer base is very diverse – from nurseries and garden centers, through exporters and landscape architecture companies, to individual gardeners.
