Most of our accommodation consists of houses and apartments. A small percentage of employees stay in worker hotels that meet the required SNF standards. We use this type of accommodation in locations where suitable houses or apartments are not available near the workplace.
Regardless of the type of property, we pay close attention to the quality of the accommodation we provide. In houses, apartments and hotels, employees stay in rooms shared by no more than two people.
Depending on the type of accommodation, employees have access to:
- a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette,
- a bathroom and toilet,
- comfortable bedrooms shared by no more than two people,
- a washing machine or laundry facilities,
- free Internet access (Wi-Fi) for staying in touch with family and taking care of everyday matters,
- a shared living area – depending on the type of property.
Comfortable living conditions during your stay
Our accommodation includes the basic equipment needed for everyday life. Many of our houses and apartments also have a garden or terrace. The layout and facilities may vary between properties, so employees receive more detailed information before arrival or when moving in.
Every employee should bring their own bedding. We also recommend bringing a few personal items that will help make the new accommodation feel more like home.
Accommodation that meets SNF standards
The safety and quality of employee accommodation are very important to us. The housing we provide meets the standards of Stichting Normering Flexwonen (SNF). These standards cover matters such as living space, facilities, sanitary conditions, privacy and fire safety.
SNF standards help ensure that the accommodation is suitable for the needs of temporary employees coming to work in the Netherlands.
Taking care of shared accommodation
Comfortable living conditions also depend on the residents. We therefore ask employees to keep the accommodation clean, respect shared areas and follow the rules that apply at each property.
Before moving in, every employee receives information about the accommodation rules. Clear guidelines help create a clean, peaceful and comfortable living environment for everyone.
Support with accommodation-related issues
If any accommodation-related problems arise, employees can contact our Accommodation Department. We review every report and take the necessary action as quickly as possible. Our aim is to provide safe, well-maintained accommodation suitable for everyday living.
