What will you be responsible for?
For our client with locations in Delfgauw and Pijnacker, we are looking for energetic and motivated people to work in a greenhouse working with orchids.
Your main tasks will include:
- Orchid Care: You will be responsible for watering, pruning and transplanting the orchids daily. This requires careful attention and care of the plants to ensure their healthy growth.
- Preparing plants for shipment: Your task will be to prepare plants for shipment and sale. This includes stocking, i.e. stabilizing the plants using special stands/supports, packaging them appropriately and labeling them in accordance with the guidelines.
You will work in a team that carries out various tasks related to orchid cultivation. Collaboration and communication are key to making the production process run smoothly and efficiently.

- salary – €13.27 gross/hour

Where will you work?
Our client has two locations in Delfgauw and Pijnacker and specializes in growing high-quality different types of orchids of the Dendrobium Nobile variety. In total, both nurseries occupy over 52,000 m2 of production area. Thanks to many years of experience in cultivation and the use of modern techniques, they are able to deliver their products all year round. During the entire cultivation process, they attach great importance to caring for the environment – their systems are optimized in such a way as to produce the highest quality product with the least environmental impact.
