What will you be responsible for?
We are looking for a qualified maintenance worker to join our team. The job will involve thorough mold removal from walls, followed by the application of protective paint to prevent its recurrence. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of mold removal techniques, safety principles, and experience working with specialized paints. Additionally, fluent communication in Dutch or English is necessary as the person will need to effectively communicate with residents, addressing any concerns or questions regarding the wall conservation process.

What do we offer?
- salary – €13.42 gross/hour
- fixed working hours from 07:00 to 16:00, with Fridays ending at 14:00

The company specializes in various orders, such as: cleaning of general areas, washing windows, cleaning of facades, high-pressure cleaning and cleaning and washing of elevator shafts. They regularly introduce and develop new services in line with the expectations of their customers. They operate in multiple locations in the South of the Netherlands.
