What will you be responsible for?
For our client based in Monster, we are looking for people for production work in orchid cultivation. Orchids are delicate plants whose roots, leaves and flowers can be easily damaged. It is important to exercise caution when packing and handling them to avoid damage that may destroy their aesthetic value or health.
Working in this position, your duties will include:
- sorting and quality control of flowers,
- planting and placing flowers on the production line,
- stiffening plants using special clips,
- labeling pots with plants and
- packing and preparing orchids for shipment.
What do we expect from you?
- experience in working with orchids – min. 1 year
- communicative knowledge of English or Dutch
- having your own means of transport
- readiness to work in the greenhouse

Where will you work?
Our client has 76,000 m2 of greenhouse space and specializes in growing plants – colorful Phalaenopsis and green and colorful Dracaena.
