What will you be responsible for?
For our client in De Lier ang Maasdijk, we are looking for energetic and motivated people willing to work in packing tomatoes.
In your daily work you will deal with, among others:
- sorting and controlling the quality of tomatoes,
- stacking trays,
- trimming tomato branches to the appropriate length to fit the tray,
- weighing tomatoes and
- packing tomatoes in accordance with the instructions of a given order.
Day shift work takes place from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Night shift work takes place from 5:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.
What do we expect from you?
- available to start work May 06 for longer period
- willingness and motivation to work
- available to work at weekend
- willingness to commute to work by bike (up to 10 km)
What do we offer?
- salary – €13.27 gross/hour + allowance for night work, i.e. 21:00-04:00 in the amount of 25% of the basic rate
- extra bonus for company car drivers – up to €20 net per week

Where will you work?
Our client is one of the leading cooperatives specializing in the production, packaging and sale of vegetables in Europe. All their products: tomatoes, sweet peppers, eggplants and cucumbers come from sustainable greenhouse farming. Immediately after harvest, fresh produce is transported to the packing house and prepared for shipment to customers. The company has a new and fully automated packing warehouse in Maasdijk and another in De Lier, where millions of packages of tomatoes, eggplants, sweet peppers and cucumbers are packed every year. The products they offer are carefully checked for quality, appearance and durability. In their business, they attach great importance to sustainable development by reducing the impact of growing and packaging their vegetables on the environment.
