What will you be responsible for?
For our client, we are looking for people to work in production, packing flower bulbs, seeds, and other horticultural products.
Start: November/December 2026
The work takes place on production lines and packing machines. Depending on the department, you may be involved in packing products, quality control, order preparation, or supporting the production process.
This position is suitable for people who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
In your daily work, you will:
- pack flower bulbs and other horticultural products,
- operate and support packing machines,
- perform quality checks on products,
- collect products from the production line and pack them into boxes,
- apply labels and prepare pallets for shipment,
- replenish machines with products,
- support operators with ongoing production processes.
Working conditions
- in high season work may be organized in a two-shift system
- work in a dynamic production environment
- occasional lifting of crates and boxes weighing up to 10 kg
What do we expect from you?
- availability to start in November/December 2026
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to work in a shift system (during high season)
- previous production experience will be an advantage
- category B driving license and willingness to be a driver (you will get a €6 net bonus per day)
- for candidates using company accommodation – willingness to commute to work by bicycle (up to 10 km).
